1/2" SQUARE x 3.5" CLR 90 Degree Die Set for Pro-Tools MB-105HD Bender
MS1/2x3.5x90
This die fits the Pro-Tools Model MB-105 and MB-105HD Tube Benders and can be used to bend the specified size in mild steel, stainless steel, DOM, 4130 chrome moly and more.
OD
- refers to actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper.
Minimum Wall
- denotes the minimum recommended wall thickness for consistent high quality wrinkle free bends at the specified radius.
Maximum Wall
- denotes the heaviest recommended wall thickness with the specified tube size. Examples calculated using mild steel with 40,000 psi yield strength.
CLR -
stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing.
Max Degree of Bend
- Dies can be purchased to bend up to 110 degrees or up to a full U-bend of 180 degrees after springback.
