    Description

One original MASONIC SPECIAL COLLECTORS MEDAL named.
    Bro. E R Parsons
I found this years ago at fee market in Ill.
The Masonic Masonic Memorial Fund 1922 Special Collector’s jewel.
It was sold in 1922 to raise funds for the building of the new Freemasons Hall in London.
The cost was an enormous 240 Guineas each (you could buy a house in London
    for 240 Guineas in 1922).
Due to its high cost, many were bought by lodges and then presented to the W. Master.
This jewel was presented to Bro. E. R. Parsons.
Only 956 were made. ONLY 956!  A very sought after jewel which is in excellent condition.
Silver and enamel.  This info. came from a site called masonicmedals.net
