I remember this jewelry well from the 50s- now commonly referred to as MID CENTURY! had friend test, only giving her summation on testing for Bakelite. 2 heavily carved burnt orange bangles. 1 carved jeweled hinged vintage bracelet(uncertain material) 2 lucite? Plastic? Polka dotted babbles and yellow jeweled lucite? Plastic bangle. (Total 6 bracelets) 2 pair of Bakelite earrings 1 is dangle rings screw backs 1 pair are post pierced earrings. 1 green butterscotch Bakelite stick pin, 1 burgundy and CREME long pin not sure if Bakelite and gorgeous butterscotch flower pin that did not test Bakelite.     Nice collector set of 11 item, (13pieces-earrings) some bakelite(had friend test with simichrome) 1 hinged bangle 2 more that are believed to be lucite Or plastic? 2 pair of believed Bakelite earrings, 3 pins 1 Bakelite for sure, maybe 2, flower pin sure looks it but do not believe it to be Bakelite.
    I have not found any problems in the lot. Nice selection!
