The Polycom RealPresence Group 300-720 with EagleEye III MPTZ-9 Camera is Polycom’s latest video conferencing system for small to medium size conference rooms. The Polycom RealPresence Group 300 comes with EagleEye III full pan-tilt-zoom camera, RealPresence Mic Array, Group series remote control, and all necessary cables.
The Polycom RealPresence Group 300 supports standards based H.323 protocol for full interoperability with existing Video conferencing systems in the market place, plus SIP Protocol support. The Polycom RealPresence Group 300-720 supports 720P HD calls at a mere 512Kbps using Polycom’s H.264 High-Profile protocol using half the bandwidth of competing systems.

All buyers will receive tracking information for their order once the item has shipped. Most shipment will require a signature for delivery.

If you believe that you received a defective item (DOA), please send us a message by clicking 'contact seller' within five business days of receipt to identify the unit’s problem.
If it is determined that the equipment is not working properly after trouble shooting with our Tech Support Team, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.
If you believe that you received the wrong item, please contact a 323.TV™ representative within five business days of receipt.
If it is determined that the incorrect product was shipped, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping. Inspect all Shipments for damage right way. If you believe that the item or package was damaged during the shipping process, please notify the carrier immediately.
