    This item for sale is a vintage 1940's, early plastic of some sort, drippy festoon style necklace in excellent used conditin. This 16 inch necklace has brass end caps on many of the beads (none are missing) and a unique 'wave' design called 'festoon'. It is a lovely old necklace, and wonderful addition to your collection of vintage jewelry.
